PhD in Economics, Population, Resources and Environmental Economics, worked in Education Committee in Tottori, Japan from 1996 to 1997 as university sponsored and went to the University of Sheffield, UK as a visiting scholar from 2003 to 2004. She served as Executive Deputy Director, Division of International Relations, Jilin University from December 2012 to June 2016, and has been Dean of College of International Education, Jilin University since June 2016, and Director of Office of Global Engagement, Jilin University since December 2021.
She is also the Vice President of the 6th Council of the China Association for International Education (CAFSA), the Member of the 8th Council of the China Education Association for International Exchange, the Member of the 1st Council of the International Exchange Association of “Double First-class” Construction Universities, and Vice President and Secretary-General of the Society for International Human Resources Development of the Institutions of Higher Learning (SIHRDIHL).
She has rich working experience and theoretical research results in the field of university international cooperation and international education.
