Dr. Xiaoxin (Ivy) Mu serves as the Acting Assistant Provost for Global Engagement and Director of International Partnerships at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa. She leads the university’s international engagement strategy, oversees global partnerships, and coordinates high-level international initiatives. In addition to her administrative leadership, Dr. Mu is a researcher focused on international education policy and institutional practices. With over a decade of experience advancing global education at UH Mānoa, she is committed to strengthening cross-border collaboration and expanding international opportunities for students, faculty, and institutional partners.
