Please note that for APAIE 2026, rigging will only be allowed for exhibitors with an exhibition footprint of 24sqm or larger.
Weight restrictions apply to the rigging points at various locations within the HKCEC.
All rigging proposals, structural drawings of hanging objects that include detailed dimensions and relevant calculations, and design specifications must be submitted to the venue no later than Monday 12 January 2026.
No rigging or suspended temporary structural items are allowed in any location without the approval of the Event Managers.
