Xianshui Hua is the Director of Academic Partnerships and Pathways at University Canada West and a current Doctor of Education (EdD) candidate at the University of Saskatchewan. She leads a global portfolio of over 100 academic partnerships, specializing in technology-enabled collaboration, COIL, and cross-border curriculum integration. Under her leadership, pathway enrollment has grown significantly. Her work focuses on designing student-centered transnational programs that enhance access, academic success, and global engagement across Asia-Pacific and beyond.
