Dr. Michelle Yin is a professor at Northwestern University and director of its joint international master’s program in social and economic policy with the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She leads the Research and Innovation for Social and Economic Inclusion Lab, where her work focuses on the intersection of education, labor markets, and ethical AI. Her research aims to advance equity for underserved populations, including individuals with disabilities, marginalized youth, and adult learners globally.
