HML has the exclusive right to provide food & beverages and to operate concession stands within the HKCEC. The supply and use of catering equipment, and the sale, distribution and sampling of food, beverages and other concession items are prohibited without prior permission from HML.
Please be aware that if you are planning to serve alcohol for your booth, you will need to contact the venue to confirm your order. All catering must be contained within the purchased space of your exhibition booth. No catering stations will be permitted in the aisles next to your booth.
All catering orders must be completed by February 2, 2026. Orders after this deadline will not be accepted.
