Loading and unloading is confined to the relevant loading and unloading areas, and materials handling areas applicable to the Licensed Area. The following information is required by the Freight Forwarder to ensure a smooth process with deliveries.
For exhibitors that are engaging with external freight forwarders, please arrange for deliveries to be made during the designated bump-in period. External freight forwarders must deliver the deliveries to the booths directly, and exhibitors must be onsite to receive the deliveries accordingly.
Any deliveries made before the bump-in period will be rejected by HKCEC. Please ensure that deliveries are scheduled for the designate bump-in period (between Sunday 22 February 2026 to Monday 23 February 2026). The full bump-in schedule can be found on the Bump-in and Bump-out Schedule.
Consignment Instructions #
All Master Airway Bill/Bill of Lading must be consigned “Freight Prepaid” as follows, additional surcharge will be imposed for wrong consignee consignments, and a 5% outlay commission fee will be imposed for all “Freight Collect” consignments.
