Dr. Abdul Latiff Ahmad is a scholar in international and intercultural communication at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). He leads initiatives on Internationalisation-at-Home and virtual exchange, promoting global engagement among non-mobile students. He has coordinated international collaborative teaching, COIL programs, and mobility partnerships across Asia and Europe. A Fulbright alumnus and active researcher, Dr. Latiff advances inclusive, culturally responsive practices in higher education internationalisation, with a focus on communication, identity, and global learning.
