Alessandra Rosetti, originally from Le Marche, Italy, holds a Masters in Communication and serves as Advisor and Mentor Coordinator at Virginia Techs Pamplin College of Business. With over 20 years of international experience, she now supports the academic and cultural integration of international students. She provides a positive academic, professional, and social environment for growth. Alessandra also teaches students how to be mentors while giving them freedom to explore and expand their roles.
