Alicia is the U21 HSG Operations Manager, working as part of a team to operationalize U21 HSG to ensure its smooth running. From managing finances and administration to writing marketing and communications to organising events to coordinating student groups, Alicia works closely with her U21 colleagues and U21 HSG Executive Committee to enhance collaboration and knowledge exchange between member institutions and the individuals who represent their institutions.
