David Huerta Harris, PhD, is International Experiences and Models Director at Tecnológico de Monterrey. He spent his first decade in campus-level academic leadership before focusing on global education. He collaborates with international partners to support inclusive mobility and cross-cultural learning. As a visiting fellow at Yale University, he led Tec de Monterreys liaison office. His work advances innovation in teaching and entrepreneurship through student-centered, globally connected learning experiences.
