Dr Eric Lou serves as the Head of International (Science and Engineering) at Manchester Metropolitan University – responsible for strategic vision in international collaborations. Dr Lou spent a decade in construction, higher education, information technology and environmental industries; and completed over £60 million in building refurbishment and new build projects before joining academia. His research is internationally recognised through Newton Fund, British Council and Royal Academy of Engineering grants and journal publications with global partners.
