Euphemia is Head of the Office of Global Learning at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). Previously, she headed HKUST’s international student recruitment and admissions efforts. HKUST’s student exchange program hosts over 1000 students annually each way, partnering with over 260 universities worldwide. The University has a strong international student and faculty mix, and places exceptional efforts in internationalization.
