L.H.L. focuses on sustainable fashion practices in Vietnam and Southeast Asia. Her recent project, Transforming circular fashion in Vietnam, highlights the role of pre-owned markets in sustainable consumption. She has authored book chapters from RMIT L&T Festival (2020, 2019) on creative competitions and work integrated learning as well as engaging students for a global outlook. She owns a Sustainable Fashion Blog lamhonglan.substack.com since 2022 to support local fashion start-ups in sustainable business models.
