Dr. Luksmon Smansin is Director of the International Affairs Division at Thailand’s Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI). She leads international collaborations in education, science, and innovation, representing Thailand in key forums including ASEM, APEC, and the EU’s Erasmus+ program. Dr. Smansin plays a pivotal role in advancing regional partnerships and global policy dialogues.
