Natalie Konomi is Vice President for International Affairs and Diversity and Professor at Kyushu University, where she also directs the International Education Navigation Center. With over 20 years in academia, she promotes internationalization and intercultural understanding across Japan. Holding degrees from Augsburg and Nagoya University, her research centers on organizational management and intercultural communication. She emphasizes global skills development to inspire future global citizens through education and mutual understanding for a more harmonious world.
