Nopraenue Dhirathiti serves as Vice President for Global Partnerships and University Council at Mahidol University (Thailand), where she is also an Associate Professor in Public Policy and Public Administration. She obtained a PhD in Politics and International Studies at the University of Warwick and a Master’s in Politics of the World Economy from LSE, University of London. She has previously held positions with the SEAMEO Regional Centre For Higher Education, the ASEAN University Network Secretariat, the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and UNESCO.
