Nordin Yahaya is a 2025 US-ASEAN Fulbright Visiting Scholar at the University of Wyoming and Vice President of the GE4 Network. He was a Professor of Structural Engineering at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), where he also served as Pro-Vice-Chancellor (International), Dean of Graduate Studies, and Director of AKEPT. He is a member of the International Advisory Board of Biruni University, Turkey. With over 35 years’ experience, he focuses on higher education internationalisation and leadership development.
