Between 2008 and 2016, Dattagupta worked at DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana; University of Rochester in Rochester, New York; and Washington College in Chestertown, Maryland. At each institution, he helped create recruitment, enrollment, and admissions practices that focus on students needs.
Dattagupta leads the strategy and execution of recruitment, enrollment, and retention for all learners at Northeastern. He oversees departments responsible for student recruitment, pricing and financial aid, admissions, and enrollment marketing and communications, and works closely with university colleagues to identify opportunities to support the universitys long-term enrollment growth, innovation agenda, and sustainability.
