Sebastian holds a degree in Politics, Sociology, History and Public Law from the University of Passau in Germany. He has been with the German Academic Exchange Service in different roles since 2016 and is now Team Leader (Head of Programme) of the European Union Mobility Programme for Myanmar (EMPM). He is also a Senior Adviser (Higher Education) to the EU-ASEAN Sustainable Connectivity Package – Higher Education Programme (SCOPE-HE)
