Jill Blondin serves as the Vice Provost for Global Initiatives at Virginia Commonwealth University. She received her B.A. from Indiana University, and her M.A. and Ph.D. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. A 2021-2022 AIEA Presidential Fellow, Blondin is Chair of AIEA’s Member Outreach and Awards Committee. She is also a member of NAFSAs International Education Leadership Knowledge Community, and has served as a Fulbright Specialist in Brazil (2018) and the Philippines (2025). In 2023, Blondin was named one of the PIE 50 Top Voices in North America, and the Institute of International Education (IIE) honored her as the Senior International Officer of the Year.
