Cynthia is Assistant Dean at the College of Interdisciplinary & Experiential Learning, Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS). She was founding Head, Office of Service-Learning at SUSS. Awarded Ngee Ann Kongsi Community Fellow at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, her interests are at the intersection of educational institutions and social purpose organisations. She is dedicated to nurturing enabling environments for reciprocal engagement with communities in approaching complex societal issues.
