At OBREAL, Elizabeth oversees a diverse project and program portfolio on tertiary education for development; She has supported the transition of OBREAL into a inter-regional association that provides platforms for projects, training, policy dialogue and knowledge development. Expertise in the interface of internationalization, development cooperation, higher education and research policy and regional integration. Also serves as advisor for the European University Association.
