Ms Rina Desitarahmi is a lecturer in the Undergraduate International Program at Universitas Islam Indonesia (UII). She is also the manager of the Culture and Learning Centre, where she develops capacity-building programmes for international students. Rina is dedicated to empowering students through cross-cultural learning, enhancing their awareness and global competence. She supports both local and international students in their learning experiences by fostering skills development, creativity, community engagement, and a passion for improvement.
