Ms. Pauline is a seasoned leader in international education with over 25 years of expertise in global partnerships, programme innovation, and student mobility. She spearheads the development of transformative study abroad experiencessuch as NTU GEM Trailblazer Summer, INSPIRASI-NTU Summer, Winter Prelude, ASEAN Summer, JESIE, TF LEaRN and NTU COIL etc.that equip students with 21st-century skills to tackle real-world challenges. Recognised with the NTU Admin Excellence Award (2023), she drives strategic initiatives to expand outbound mobility, targeting 85% student participation by 2030 together with her teams and internal stakeholders including colleges/schools. Her work focuses on global partnership, programme policy and development, and cross-cultural exposure, fostering paradigm shifts in students mindset towards alternative study abroad opportunities. A collaborative strategist, she partners with institutions worldwide to design inclusive, high-impact learning opportunities.
