Dr. Akinari Hoshino is an Associate Professor at Nagoya University, specializing in international education. He has been involved in this field for over 15 years and is well familiar with the administration, international program development and research in this field. He holds a PhD in International Development from Nagoya University and an M.Ed. from the University of Minnesota. His research focuses on the internationalization of higher education, and the development of international education professionals.
