He earned a Ph.D. in Philosophy from Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia and holds international degrees in Development Management (ITC-ILO & Turin University, Italy) and International Relations (University of Dhaka, Bangladesh). He participated in 50+ seminars, workshops, and conferences.
