**Keiko IKEDA** is a Professor at Kansai University and the Deputy Vice President for International Affairs. She leads the **Institute for Innovative Global Education (IIGE)** and serves as the project lead for **Japans JIGE initiative**, promoting Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL) and inclusive virtual exchange.
