Jerome Le Carrou, a French native, is the Founder and Executive Director of Next Step Connections, an education organization he established in Asia in 2008. Inspired by his own internship experience, he created the company to provide experiential learning programs across APAC for students globally, having empowered over 6000 college students. He also serves as Asia coordinator for APM.fr and pioneered virtual internships in 2016.
