Siyan Li is the Executive Director of CinLearn Education. He is a co-founder of CinLearn and leads its operations. Initially trained in Mathematics, Siyan Li developed an international career across technology, consulting, B2B, and education where he served in various country, regional and global leadership positions. Siyan also is an executive director of China International Talents Committee and is frequently invited to speak at international talent development forums in China. Siyan is associated with the Institute of Education, University College London. He is conducting research there on talent development, education technology, employability, and lifelong learning. He is particularly interested in how effective integration of technology and learning could help in talent development to support the next wave of industrialization, globalization, and growth.
