James Ronald Mesina, Assistant Vice-President for External Relations and Global Linkages at Mapua Malayan Colleges Laguna, works on Mapua MCL’s QS, THE, and WURI rankings. In 2020 and 2021, he led the Academic Services teams in transitioning admission, enrollment, and student support services during the pandemic, earning Blackboard Learn’s Catalyst Award for Student Engagement. Mesina focuses on globalizing the University’s teaching, learning, research, and entrepreneurial initiatives, promoting SDGs, and building capacity for internationalization.
