Dr. Rachel Rui serves as the director of the Global Research, Innovation, and Partnerships office. Her work at GRIP focuses on collaborating with international partners and UT global champions to develop and execute innovative programs that contribute to global learning, research, and service opportunities. Dr. Rui is passionate about creating impactful and sustainable partnerships worldwide to educate the next generation of global leaders.
