Judith Peltz, M.A. studied Slavic Languages and Literature, Linguistics, and Economics in Tübingen, Moscow, and Bielefeld. She worked for several international organizations such as the Worldbank, GIZ, DAAD, and SECO in Armenia, Kosovo, and Afghanistan in the field of Higher Education in emerging societies. She also had leading positions at DAAD, Bonn and at the University of Vechta. Since 2017, she is head of the International Office at Bielefeld University of Applied Sciences and Arts (HSBI).
