Professor Lalith Gamage, MBCS, MIEE, has served as President & CEO (Vice-Chancellor) of SLIIT since its founding in 1999. An alumnus of the University of Moratuwa (BSc Eng), De Montfort University (MSc), and University of British Columbia (PhD), he is an Affiliate Professor at UBC and former Chair of the Arthur C. Clarke Institute, having led SLIITs growth into Sri Lankas premier technology institute.
