Professor Jennifer Howell is Pro Vice-Chancellor (Global Engagement) at UWA and is deeply committed to working across the University to deliver the internationalisation strategy and to support schools, centres and institutes with their global engagement activities. She has over 30 years’ experience in the higher education sector and has outstanding record of strategic leadership across the education portfolio, developing and delivering strategic innovations such as: learning platforms; micro credentials; enabling pathways and redevelopment of offshore campuses. Her discipline areas include; online learning, robotics, educational technologies, pedagogy and teaching. She is a strong advocate on the role of education to transform lives and communities and is a passionate educator who places the student at the centre of her strategies and activities.
