Masahiko Gemma is Vice President of International Affairs and Professor at Waseda University, Tokyo, Japan. He is also President of U.S. Japan Research Institute (USJI) in Washington, D.C. in the United States. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota in 1989.
