Alain-Sébastien Malette is Senior Director of Career Development and Experiential Learning at the University of Ottawa. He leads one of Canadas largest CO-OP and EL portfolios, driving pedagogical innovation through challenge-based learning, competency frameworks, and inclusive access strategies. His work focuses on future-ready skill development, student agency, and societal impact. Alain collaborates nationally and internationally on initiatives that connect education to the evolving world of work through data-informed design and cross-sector partnerships.
