Alain-Sébastien Malette is Senior Director of Career Development and Experiential Learning at the University of Ottawa. He leads one of Canada’s largest CO-OP and EL portfolios, driving pedagogical innovation through challenge-based learning, competency frameworks, and inclusive access strategies. His work focuses on future-ready skill development, student agency, and societal impact.
