Mr. Carl Tang has over 15 years of concrete experience in higher education sector. As a father of 2 and having worked in 4 universities in various roles including student recruitment and admissions, global partnerships building and university grants administration, he is now leading the effort of global partnerships and student mobility at CityUHK. Carl earned his M.Eng in Aeronautical Engineering from Imperial College London.
