Dorothea Antonio serves as NAFSA’s deputy executive director for knowledge development. She leads NAFSAs contribution to thought leadership in IE and provides executive oversight to global engagement, academic, internationalization, and conference programming, publications, and resource development. Her experience in education and international development includes project management, business development, grants, event management, global partnerships, international enrollment, TESOL, conflict resolution, intercultural communication, and training. She has an MA in Latin American Studies from The George Washington University.
