PhD in Economics, Director of Office of Global Engagement, Dean of College of International Education, Jilin University. She is also the Vice President of the 6th Council of the China Association for International Education (CAFSA), the Member of the 8th Council of the China Education Association for International Exchange, and the Member of the 1st Council of the International Exchange Association of “Double First-class” Construction Universities.
