Hon. Phil Honeywood has been Chief Executive Officer for the International Education Association of Australia (IEAA) since 2011. He is a former Member of the Victorian State Parliament (1988-2006); Minister for Tertiary Education, Training & Multicultural Affairs (1996-99); and Deputy Opposition Leader Opposition (2002-06). Since retiring from politics, Phil has worked in international education and currently holds numerous board positions including Co-Convenor for the Australian Government’s Council for International Education.
