The Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC) is a world-class venue purpose-built to host heavy industry exhibitions and large-scale international events. Featuring over one million square feet of flexible exhibition space with triple-volume halls, MITEC is the largest exhibition centre in Malaysia and can accommodate up to 47,700 visitors in theatre-style seating or 28,300 guests in banquet configuration at any one time.
Strategically located within the Jalan Duta Government Complex in Kuala Lumpur, MITEC is surrounded by key national landmarks including the Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry (MITI) Headquarters, MATRADE Tower, the Federal Territory Mosque, the Kuala Lumpur High Court and the Istana Negara. As the flagship development of KL Metropolis, MITEC anchors a 75.5-acre integrated “city within a city” where business, commerce, living and connectivity converge. The development includes premium offices, residences, hotels, retail offerings and urban green spaces and is set to become one of Southeast Asia’s most iconic destinations, with enhanced accessibility via the upcoming MRT Circle Line 3.
