Delving into the APAIE 2027 program, we’ll highlight key sessions and networking opportunities. You’ll gain tips on navigating the venue and connecting with colleagues from across the region and the world. The Opening Ceremony welcomes delegates from around the world to explore “Asia-Pacific partnerships for the global good”; and the keynote, delivered the by award-winning Mr Robin Lee, sets a unique and inspirational tone for the APAIE 2026 week. Keynote Mr. Robin LEE, is an award-winning Hong Kong filmmaker and cinematographer. Robin’s debut documentary Four Trails captured the 298-kilometre Hong Kong Ultra Challenge and earned the Best New Director Award at the 43rd Hong Kong Film Awards. The film became Hong Kong’s second highest-grossing documentary, praised for stunning visuals and emotional depth. Born and raised in Hong Kong, Robin studied locally before earning an Engineering and Sports Science degree from the University of Birmingham. His career began in adventure sports, producing ski films and working with global brands like The North Face and Hoka One. Four Trails was a self-funded passion project completed over three years, focusing on everyday individuals. Robin hopes audiences can draw a parallel between the athletes’ journeys and their own lives and gain confidence to take on new challenges ahead.

14:45-15:45	Join us for the APAIE 2027 Opening Ceremony and Keynote! The Opening Ceremony welcomes delegates from around the world to explore “Asia-Pacific partnerships for the global good”; and the keynote, delivered the by award-winning Mr Robin Lee, sets a unique and inspirational tone for the APAIE 2026 week. Keynote Mr. Robin LEE, is an award-winning Hong Kong filmmaker and cinematographer. Robin’s debut documentary Four Trails captured the 298-kilometre Hong Kong Ultra Challenge and earned the Best New Director Award at the 43rd Hong Kong Film Awards. The film became Hong Kong’s second highest-grossing documentary, praised for stunning visuals and emotional depth. Born and raised in Hong Kong, Robin studied locally before earning an Engineering and Sports Science degree from the University of Birmingham. His career began in adventure sports, producing ski films and working with global brands like The North Face and Hoka One. Four Trails was a self-funded passion project completed over three years, focusing on everyday individuals. Robin hopes audiences can draw a parallel between the athletes’ journeys and their own lives and gain confidence to take on new challenges ahead.
