Summary
Go beyond the traditional campus visit and experience how Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) is reimagining higher education for the AI age, where artificial intelligence, responsible business leadership, Malaysian knowledge culture and Japanese-inspired engineering education come together on one vibrant city campus.
Situated in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, UTM Kuala Lumpur is a living innovation ecosystem where education, research, industry, culture and entrepreneurship intersect. Designed exclusively for APAIE delegates, this immersive journey weaves together four signature experiences: Malaysia’s first Faculty of Artificial Intelligence, the Azman Hashim International Business School, the UTM Library’s celebration of Malaysian knowledge culture, and the Malaysia-Japan International Institute of Technology.
Unlike a conventional guided tour, delegates travel with an Innovation Passport in hand. Participants will engage directly with researchers, try interactive AI demonstrations, step into future classrooms and laboratories, solve a live business challenge alongside faculty, experience how UTM celebrates knowledge (Raikan Ilmu) through the library’s unique blend of Malaysian heritage and intelligent technology, and connect with UTM leaders to discover opportunities for global collaboration.
Leave with new ideas, new partnerships and a deeper appreciation of how UTM keeps humanity at the heart of an AI-driven world.
