No charge: The tour is fully sponsored by Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) and includes breakfast on board, transportation, Networking Lunch, Afternoon Refreshments, and all tour activities.
Maximum capacity: 40 participants
Minimum capacity: 20 participants
A waiting list may be implemented if registrations exceed the maximum capacity.
Booking deadline: Friday, 12 March 2027. If places remain available, UTM is willing to accept registrations at the Study in Malaysia Pavilion during the conference.
Important notes
- Delegates are advised to wear comfortable clothing and walking shoes suitable for campus visits and sightseeing activities. Smart casual attire with comfortable walking shoes is recommended.
- The programme may be subject to minor adjustments due to traffic conditions or operational requirements.
- Photography and videography may be conducted throughout the tour for documentation and promotional purposes.

Departure Time: 7:00 AM
Meeting Point: Seri Pacific Hotel Kuala Lumpur / Sunway Putra
Delegates are requested to assemble at the designated meeting point at least 15 minutes before departure
Travel by: Transportation by bus will be provided by UTM.
Estimated travel time: Approximately 4 hours 30 minutes (Travel times are estimates and may vary depending on traffic conditions.)
Tour concludes at: 05:00 PM
Transport back: Transportation to Changi Airport, Singapore will be provided by UTM.
The estimated travel time is approximately 1–2 hours, subject to traffic conditions and immigration clearance. Transportation to other destinations may be arranged upon request.
