Gohar Avetisyan is a Vice-Rector for External Relations and Internationalization at the European University of Armenia. She is a PhD graduate in HR Management and holds an international PMP certification from Rutgers Business School – Rutgers University, New Jersey, USA, with extensive experience in project coordination and university leadership. Her background spans over 21 years of academic teaching and 15 years of Erasmus+ project coordination. She is currently the Coordinator of CompIIT Erasmus+ CNHE Project and she is also an EU Expert-evaluator in CBHE Proposals. She is a co-founder of the Innovative Education Foundation and has contributed to numerous international education conferences and workshops.
