Marc Cheng was appointed as the Erasmus+ National Focal Point (ENFP) in Taiwan in 2022. He actively participates in the European Education Fair in Taiwan. From 2021 to 2023, he served as an advisor to the Taiwan–European Union Innovation and Cooperation Platform, which acted as the National Contact Point for Horizon Europe. He has been involved in preparing proposals for Jean Monnet Actions programmes, including Jean Monnet Modules, Chairs, Centres of Excellence, and Networks.
