Tracy is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Educational Administration and Policy, Faculty of Education, The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Her current research interests include assessment designs, teaching-research nexus, academic development and internationalisation of higher education. Tracy has secured funding from the Research Grants Council and University Grants Committee of HKSAR and Higher Education Research and Development Society of Australasia. She has published extensively and is a Senior Fellow of Higher Education Academy.
