Abstract

This comprehensive 3-hour workshop brings together key stakeholders in international education as well as employers to explore data-driven strategies for enhancing graduate employability outcomes. Designed for education leaders, recruitment professionals, admissions teams, mobility coordinators, and education agents, this session provides actionable insights into current employment trends, institutional recruitment data and innovative approaches to preparing international students for long-term career success.

We will share and make sense of extensive information and bring in both the employer and the institutional perspective to ensure the workshop is data rich and provides actionable insights for participants.

Through collaborative analysis of global employment data, student decision-making on the ROI of education, examination of successful institutional models, and interactive case study discussions, participants will develop strategic frameworks to improve student outcomes and strengthen institutional value propositions. The workshop emphasizes cross-sector collaboration and knowledge sharing to address the evolving challenges facing today’s (and tomorrow’s) international graduates.
